Life, framerated!

I finally grew tired of having the life screensaver blowing up my cpu usage so high the fan went on. So I simply added the code for controlling the framerate!
Now you can set the fps as low as you wish. I set it to 8, which gave it a decent look, and the fan no longer starts.
What's more, the lower framerate lets you analyze what's happening if you are one of those fiddling around in the code.
