Minimalistic screen saver code to get you started

Hi,
I have put together a screen saver with the bare minimum codewise, it's a good starter code for your own project.
It simply draws a lot of circles at various places and colours.
Contains a few extras which are useful in most projects. Please read the inline documentation, I tried to make it informative!
